Role Overview: As a Content and Social Ecosystem Lead at XTOVIA, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand's content and social strategy. You will create compelling narratives that educate, inspire, and engage the online community, ensuring that XTOVIA's digital presence resonates with its audience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage XTOVIA's content calendar across various platforms such as the website, blog, social media, email, and influencer channels. - Produce engaging and on-brand content that enhances the brand's digital voice and educates consumers. - Collaborate with internal teams, stylists, and experts to create science-backed storytelling content. - Work with design and creative agencies to maintain brand consistency in visual and verbal communication. - Lead end-to-end social media strategy including planning, content creation, posting schedules, and performance analysis. - Manage influencer relationships, user-generated content campaigns, and partnerships to expand brand reach and engagement. - Stay updated on social and beauty trends to ensure XTOVIA's content remains culturally relevant. - Develop influencer strategies aligned with product launches and brand milestones, overseeing briefing, content approvals, and ROI tracking. - Collaborate with the paid media team to translate brand stories into effective campaigns across various channels. - Optimize advertising spend on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and influencer channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. - Analyze campaign data to refine messaging and targeting for optimal results. Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or influencer strategy, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or beauty/wellness brand. - Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales. - Experience in managing creative and influencer agencies while maintaining brand tone and content quality standards. - Proficiency in paid media metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and understanding of how content impacts performance. - Strong data-driven mindset with a knack for storytelling, trend analysis, and design. - Excellent communication and project management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
