Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, website requirements, and sales priorities.
  • Create high-quality content including website pages, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, product sheets, and sales enablement material.
  • Research industry trends and competitor messaging to produce relevant, insightful, and updated content.
  • Write clear, engaging, SEO-aligned copy for website pages, landing pages, and long-form articles.
  • Draft captions, hooks, and copy for social media posts, leadership content, and campaign narratives.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media posts, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually aligned creatives and ensure contentvisual consistency.
  • Work cross-functionally with SEO, Social Media, Inside Sales, and Performance Marketing teams to maintain unified messaging.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate with the web development team for uploading, formatting, and updating content on websites or landing pages.
  • Maintain a structured content library in SharePoint/Drive, ensuring versions are updated and archived properly.
  • Conduct content reviews and regularly update outdated website or collateral material.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone, grammar accuracy, and ISO-compliant communication standards.
  • Support email marketing and lead-nurturing workflows by writing email templates and outreach content.
  • Participate in weekly marketing review meetings and contribute to content planning and strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in content writing or content marketing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B).
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to work across multiple content formats: blogs, web pages, collaterals, emailers, and social media copy.
  • Comfortable collaborating with design, SEO, and sales teams.
  • Excellent research skills and a proactive approach to understanding industry trends.
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and brand tone consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English Literature, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience writing website content, blogs, and long-form documents such as case studies or whitepapers.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, Semrush, Canva, SharePoint/Drive, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of SEO writing principles and keyword placement.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ideation and research with final content edited manually to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
