In just 8 months, we have built a loyal community of over 5,000 subscribers . We specialize in immersive, voice-acted dramas enriched with eerie soundscapes and compelling narratives drawn from Bengali folklore, rural legends, and supernatural mysteries. We are now looking to hire a Content Head to lead all content-related responsibilities — from story acquisition and scripting to voice casting and audio production. Job Summary: As Content Head , you will be responsible for managing the full creative pipeline of our audio stories. You will source and curate stories, screen submissions, finalize narratives, oversee scripting, participate in casting, and coordinate recordings. You will also play a key role in shaping the tone and standard of storytelling across the channel, ensuring each story delivers a captivating listening experience with professional-level sound direction. Key Responsibilities: Content Development: Scout, review, and select compelling horror/thriller stories for adaptation. Collaborate with writers or rewrite stories into engaging, audio-friendly scripts. Ensure each script fits the channel’s theme, audience interest, and emotional impact. Script Direction: Supervise and fine-tune the final script, incorporating scene transitions, character cues, and voice modulations. Add detailed notes for sound elements: screams, whispers, door creaks, footsteps, chants, village ambience, demonic voices, etc. Ensure consistent quality in dialogues, pacing, and genre tone. Production & Casting: Participate in selecting and casting voice artists for multiple character roles. Oversee the distribution of roles, coordinate recordings, and review submitted audio tracks. Work closely with editors to maintain high production quality and seamless integration of sound effects. Project & Workflow Management: Assign, monitor, and follow up on the progress of each story’s production. Manage content deadlines and ensure timely delivery as per the release schedule. Coordinate between scriptwriters, voice artists, sound designers, and the creative director. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in scriptwriting, audio drama production, or content leadership (theatre, radio, podcasting, or YouTube). Strong creative instinct and understanding of horror, thriller, and folklore-based storytelling. Excellent written and spoken Bengali. Working knowledge of English preferred. Familiarity with voice acting and post-production workflows for audio content. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage a remote team and meet deadlines. Preferred Background: Experience in Bengali media, YouTube content production, or audio storytelling. Understanding of Bengali folk myths, horror literature, or psychological thrillers. Prior work in radio plays, audio dramas, or podcast scripting. Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and involvement.
