Compensation Structure

• ₹ 6,500+ per hour for up to 4 working hours per day
• ₹ 7,100+ per hour for more than 4 working hours per day
• 💻 Laptop will be provided for work.

Key Responsibilities

✍️ Content Development: Create and refine accurate, well-structured solutions, explanations, and derivations for advanced problems across your STEM discipline.

🤖 AI Evaluation & Feedback: Assess AI-generated content for conceptual accuracy, clarity, and educational value. Provide structured, constructive feedback.

🧠 Subject Expertise Application: Apply advanced domain knowledge to verify complex problems, suggest alternative approaches, and ensure conceptual integrity.

🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with internal STEM Leads and team members to maintain consistency, quality, and workflow efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria (Strict)

Applicants must be either:

• 🧑‍🏫 Current IIT Professors with proven subject expertise, OR
• 👨‍🏫 JEE Educators with deep experience in teaching advanced syllabi (JEE Main / Advanced)
