Content Search Operations & Quality - Bangalore

About the Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct search experiments and validate output quality for accuracy, relevance, and performance.
Perform regular audits of search term performance to identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with category and content teams to align keyword strategies.
Execute and test keyword implementations and assess their outcomes.
Monitor and flag search defects, anomalies, or irrelevant results.

Basic Requirements:

Strong language skills with attention to semantic meaning.
Proficiency in
MS Office (especially Excel)
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and text-based information.
Graduate in any discipline
(Full-time degree required).
Experience in
e-commerce, retail, or search operations
is a plus.
