Content & Event Specialist

The Content & Event Specialist position requires 2-5 years of experience and is based in Andheri, Mumbai. Your role will involve creating content, planning events, and managing conferences in a PR or communications environment. You should have experience working with clients in various sectors such as BFSI, education, manufacturing, packaging, legal, and technology. Your responsibilities will include developing engaging content for articles, press releases, blogs, social media, and internal communications related to events and conferences. Collaboration with PR and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with communication strategies is essential. You will also be tasked with crafting compelling copy for client-facing materials like event invites, reports, and brochures. It is crucial to stay updated on industry trends and utilize relevant insights in content creation. Analyzing content performance and providing data-driven recommendations will be part of your routine tasks. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are required for coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, prioritize tasks efficiently, and have knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media platforms and content distribution. Familiarity with content management and event management tools is advantageous. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization techniques is beneficial. You should be a proactive and creative problem-solver with a client-centric focus.
