Content Developer

Training and access to the lab environment will be provided to the candidate to enhance their subject matter knowledge. The candidate should have a collaborative, growth mindset to cultivate essential relationships inside and outside the organization to ensure successful outcomes.  
 Job Duties: 
Write technical content on existing Storage infrastructure products. Products may include IBM Storage Scale, IBM Storage Virtualize, Red Hat Ansible, IBM FlashSystems, SAN Volume Controller, IBM Storage Ceph, IBM Storage Defender or other products in the IBM Storage suite Learn the latest updates in support of any one or several IBM Storage related products Have a growth mindset to cultivate essential relationships inside and outside the organization to ensure successful outcomes Operating system installation and configuration skills on enterprise servers Knowledge of digital content development platforms - IBM Digital Learning Platform (DLP) and Coursera Knowledge of IT professional services (Expert Labs) and client data center technical implementation projects Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise 2+ years of experience in administering enterprise data storage products and/or related technologies Demonstrated experience in DevOps-related practices Exposure to data center infrastructure (compute, storage and networking) Demonstrated communication skills Preferred technical and professional experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience of having worked with at least one of the following operating systemsLinux, Windows Server or AIX

Experience working with cloud computing infrastructure and DevOps technologies and products

Knowledge of at least one of the following productsIBM Storage Scale, IBM Storage Virtualize, Red Hat Ansible, IBM FlashSystems, IBM Storage Ceph, IBM Storage Defender or other products in the IBM Storage suite

Knowledge of technical documentation or content writing

Knowledge of IBM Infrastructure products and services is a plus

Scripting experience in any of the following languagesBash or Python

Ability to troubleshoot issues arising out of training content delivery to clients
