Content Designer - Internship

As an Intern at our company, your role will involve creating and adapting learning content for immersive tools in various formats like text and interactive media. You will be responsible for converting written material into engaging audio, video, and microlearning experiences. Additionally, you will assist in designing interactive simulations and gamified modules while collaborating with the product and design team to test and refine content. Your tasks will also include researching best practices in edtech, gamification, and digital learning trends. Key Responsibilities: - Create and adapt learning content for immersive tools in text and interactive formats - Convert written material into engaging audio, video, and microlearning experiences - Assist in designing interactive simulations and gamified modules - Collaborate with the product & design team to test and refine content - Research best practices in edtech, gamification, and digital learning trends Qualifications Required: - A curious and creative mindset with a passion for writing and storytelling - Technical savviness to work with digital tools such as LMS, video/audio editors, and AI-based tools - Interest in learning design, gamification, and content creation - Willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and contribute ideas - Strong communication skills and an eye for detail Please note that this is an internship position with a contract length of 3 months.
