Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and write content for websites, apps, emails, and social media
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to align content with user journeys
Conduct user research and apply insights to improve content effectiveness
Create wireframes, prototypes, and content maps to visualize content placement
Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and optimized for SEO
Maintain brand voice and tone consistency across all touchpoints
Use analytics and feedback to iterate and improve content performance

Required Skills

Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and usability
Understanding of UX principles and content strategy
Familiarity with tools like Figma, CMS platforms, and analytics dashboards
Ability to work in Agile or Lean UX environments
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Design, or related field
2–5 years of experience in content creation, UX writing, or digital marketing
Portfolio showcasing user-centered content projects
