This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford University Press (OUP) as a Content Delivery Controller in the ELT division. Opportunity – the ‘what’

As a Content Delivery Controller, you will:

  • Process and deliver various digital assets (text, image, video, audio, animation, games) to internal teams and suppliers.
  • Upload content to test and live production platforms or coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate delivery.
  • Integrate content into interactive templates and ensure it meets style and quality standards.
  • Support quality assurance by enabling thorough testing of digital products.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate on process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Your work will directly impact the successful delivery of ELT digital products, contributing to OUP’s global educational mission.

About You

Essential Criteria

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), HTML, XML, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience processing digital files in a publishing or media environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High standard of literacy and numeracy; university graduate or equivalent experience
  • Proven English language proficiency to CEFR level C1
  • Qualification or relevant experience in a digital or media environment
  • Experience in publishing or publishing services
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team to achieve project goals

Desirable Criteria

  • Proficiency in InDesign
  • Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
  • Proven English language proficiency to CEFR level C2
