Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic YouTube Content Creator (On-Camera) who will take ownership of our YouTube channel’s growth and strategy. This is a high-visibility role for a creative storyteller who is comfortable on-camera, understands YouTube inside out, and has a proven track record of scaling a brand’s presence on the platform.
You will conceptualize, script, and present educational and entertaining video content that builds brand trust, engages audiences, and drives measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy aligned with NoBroker’s marketing goals.
Stay ahead of YouTube algorithm updates, trends, and content formats to maximize reach and engagement.
Lead ideation, research, scripting, and storyboarding of video content.
Act as the on-camera face for YouTube videos, delivering content with confidence, clarity, and relatability.
Collaborate with the social media and production teams for cross-platform promotion.
Manage content calendars, timelines, and production resources efficiently.
Track and report on channel performance, subscriber growth, views, and ROI, with actionable insights.
Experience & Requirements
Proven experience in YouTube content creation and channel management (mandatory).
Strong portfolio with demonstrated success in growing subscribers, views, and engagement.
Exceptional storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
Confident and professional on-camera presence; ability to improvise naturally.
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken & written) with strong articulation.
Fluent Hindi-speaking ability required.
Proficiency in video trends, formats, and storytelling techniques.
Active social media presence and awareness of digital content trends (preferred).
Self-motivated, proactive, and a creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
