Content Creator / Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

We are a fast-growing kidswear B2B brand supplying trendy, high-quality styles to retailers and wholesalers across India. Our mission is to help retailers grow their business with fresh, profitable kidswear collections – and we’re now looking to boost our digital presence with creative, fun, and informative content!

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator / Social Media Manager (preferably female) who is fluent in Hindi and English, comfortable speaking on camera, and can produce trendy, entertaining, and informative content for Instagram and other platforms. This is a part-time role based in our Kolkata office once a week for batch content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and batch-shoot engaging content (reels, short videos, stories, product explainers).

2. Be the on-camera face/voice for our brand content.

3. Research current Instagram trends, audio, and formats and adapt them to our B2B kidswear niche.

4. Create content that is educational (tips, business insights), entertaining (trendy reels), and promotional (highlighting our collections).

5. Coordinate with the management team for content calendar and brand messaging.

6. Post and manage content scheduling with captions, hashtags, and engagement follow-ups.

Requirements:

Confident personality with good on-camera presence.

Strong communication skills in Hindi + English.

Basic understanding of Instagram reels, trending formats, and content storytelling.

Access to a good smartphone (iPhone preferred) for shooting quality videos.

Creative mindset with ability to generate fresh ideas for B2B fashion space.

Prior experience in content creation or social media management is a plus.

Work Structure:

Part-time / Freelance

1 day per week in-office (batch content creation)

Flexible posting schedule (remote posting possible after batch shoot)
