We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join the CasaGold Home Makeover team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content for our YouTube, Instagram , and other social media platforms. This role involves shooting and editing engaging videos and photos, as well as developing fresh content ideas to align with our brand's tone and aesthetic. If you have a passion for photography , videography , and creating visually stunning content, along with a deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Content Creation : Produce high-quality photos, videos, and other multimedia content that aligns with CasaGold’s brand and engages our audience across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Video & Photography : Shoot and edit content, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes, customer testimonials, and lifestyle shoots. Content Planning & Strategy : Develop creative content ideas and collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar. Social Media Optimisation : Ensure content is optimised for social media platforms by understanding algorithms, trends, and best practices (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Post-Production : Edit videos and photos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software. Shoot Coordination : Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring all visual content is of the highest quality and reflects our brand. Trend Monitoring : Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and content performance metrics to ensure CasaGold stays ahead of the curve. Content Engagement : Create engaging, shareable content that resonates with our target audience and drives growth across our social media platforms. Collaborate with Influencers : Assist in coordinating with influencers and partners to create collaborative content. Skills and Requirements: Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, and social media content planning. Videography & Photography : Strong experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality videos and photos. Creative Thinking : Ability to develop creative and innovative content ideas that align with the brand and audience. Social Media Knowledge : In-depth understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube , and how to optimize content for each platform. Editing Skills : Proficiency in video/photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom , or similar tools. Understanding of Algorithms : Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and how to optimize content to increase reach and engagement. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with other team members. Attention to Detail : Eye for design, visual composition, and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing content. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in the Home Decor/Furniture Industry : Familiarity with lifestyle and product photography related to home decor.
