Responsibilities:

• Appear confidently on camera and

  shoot short-form video content

  such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
• Actively participate in

  video shoots and basic videography

  , including framing, lighting, and mobile or camera-based recording
• Confidently present, explain, and narrate content related to healthcare awareness and brand campaigns
• Assist in content ideation, scripting, and storyboarding
• Perform

  basic-level video editing

  using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with Marham’s mission and campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform best practices
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that is empathetic, trustworthy, and human

Requirements

• Strong on-camera confidence and clear communication skills

• Genuine interest in videography and video shoots

• Ability to independently

  shoot videos and handle basic editing tasks

• Prior experience in content creation through internships, personal projects, or a portfolio
• Comfortable recording videos in an office environment
• Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment
• Reliable, proactive, and open to constructive feedback
