We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Content Creator Intern who is excited to tell stories, simplify healthcare conversations, and represent Marham on camera with authenticity and energy. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and mission-driven. The intern will be actively involved in video shooting, basic videography, and content editing , not just ideation. Responsibilities: Appear confidently on camera and shoot short-form video content such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks Actively participate in video shoots and basic videography , including framing, lighting, and mobile or camera-based recording Confidently present, explain, and narrate content related to healthcare awareness and brand campaigns Assist in content ideation, scripting, and storyboarding Perform basic-level video editing using tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with Marham’s mission and campaigns Stay updated with social media trends and platform best practices Maintain a consistent brand voice that is empathetic, trustworthy, and human Requirements Strong on-camera confidence and clear communication skills Genuine interest in videography and video shoots Ability to independently shoot videos and handle basic editing tasks Prior experience in content creation through internships, personal projects, or a portfolio Comfortable recording videos in an office environment Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment Reliable, proactive, and open to constructive feedback What will you Gain Practical exposure to end-to-end content creation, including shooting, editing, and publishing Mentorship from an experienced marketing team Opportunity to build a strong on-camera and videography-focused content portfolio A collaborative, respectful, and purpose-driven work environment Paid stipend for the full internship duration Why Join Marham At Marham, content creates impact.
