Content Creator (Female)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and style-savvy Female Content Creator to bring Josya’s brand story to life across digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing engaging photo and video content tailored for Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and our website.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot content for Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and YouTube Shorts.
• Feature in product styling videos, bridal tutorials, unboxings, behind-the-scenes shoots, and festive looks.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the creative, design, and e-commerce teams to maintain content consistency.
• Work closely with the founder and marketing team to align content with seasonal trends and brand aesthetics.
• Actively brainstorm content ideas and trends relevant to the Indian fashion and bridal jewelry space.
• Assist with content scheduling and publishing using tools like Later, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
• Attend brand events, exhibitions, and pop-ups to create live and interactive content.

• Passionate about fashion, jewelry, and digital content creation.
• Up-to-date with Instagram and YouTube trends.
• Can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as this is an on-camera role aligned with women’s jewelry).
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding of editing tools like InShot, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express.
• Prior experience as a content creator or influencer in the fashion/lifestyle/jewelry category is a plus.
• Portfolio or Instagram profile showcasing your work (please include in application).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹13,362.52 - ₹34,650.13 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
