Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and multilingual content creator who can craft engaging content in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu . If youre someone who lives on trends, thrives on creativity, and can make content go viral, we want you! Role & responsibilities: Develop and execute high-quality content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Write, script, and create content in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu reels, videos, stories, and long-form Be the face of Egniols regional video contentdeliver crisp, confident, and engaging on-camera performances Research and analyze ongoing market trends, government updates, and MSME/startup news to create timely content Collaborate with the marketing, design, and strategy teams to align content with campaign goals Manage regional storytelling initiatives to build local trust and visibility in South India. Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligned with audience needs Stay updated with trending audio, formats, meme culture, and algorithm shifts Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, content planning, and campaign development Create engaging content for both external social media campaigns and internal company requirements (internal branding) Preferred candidate profile: Fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu (both spoken and written) Strong presence and confidence in front of the camera Experience in creating viral or high-performing content Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills Awareness of digital marketing trends , audience behavior, and social media algorithms Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Ability to handle multiple projects with creativity and consistency Self-driven, punctual, and dedicated to high-quality output
