Content Creator

Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-focused Content Creator to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality content for social media, websites, campaigns, and branding projects. You will work closely with the design, strategy, and marketing teams to create engaging content that strengthens brand presence and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Write and edit captions, scripts, blogs, website content, and ad copy aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
• Plan and produce short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok-style videos).
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for smooth execution of content.
• Conduct research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across social media channels.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, target audience, and requirements.
• Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, and storytelling.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
• Ability to brainstorm creative concepts and execute them independently.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media agency.
• Portfolio of previous content work (photos, videos, graphics, captions, blogs).
• Experience in creating both visual and written content for multiple industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
