Role Description

Content Creator

You'll shape the voice of our brands through everyday storytelling, product demos, rituals, behind-the-scenes content, and creator-style videos.

This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, with the ability to understand trends, evaluate competitors, and iterate based on performance insights.

Content Creation

Plan, ideate, script, shoot, and edit content for short- and long-form platforms.

Create thumb-stopping content for organic social and paid advertising.

Work closely with brand and performance teams to align content with campaign objectives.

Manage content calendars and ensure consistent output.

Production & Execution

Shoot high-quality video/photo content using phone/camera setups.

Manage props, basic lighting, and small-scale studio needs.

Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.

Analytics & Research

Track content performance and share insights for improvement.

Conduct competitive analysis to understand trends, formats, and hooks that work.

Identify platform trends early and propose proactive content ideas.

Team Collaboration

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Support broader marketing initiativesproduct launches, influencer content, events, etc.

Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

13 years of experience

?Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and evolving content formats.

?Ability to execute end-to-end content independently.

?Strong analytical mindset and comfort with insights-driven improvement.

?A creative thinker with attention to detail and good communication skills.

?Comfortable being behind or in front of the camera when required.

1-2 years of experience making content and proficiency with editing, basic video creation and good design sense is a very important skill set to succeed at the role.
