Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, and produce

  engaging ad content

  (video, static, carousel, reels, shorts).
• Develop strong brand storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Create content aligned with marketing goalsbranding, lead generation, conversions, and audience engagement.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on data insights.
• Stay updated with digital trends, platform algorithms, and ad formats.
• Manage end-to-end content production: ideation ? scripting ? shooting (optional) ? editing ? publishing.

Key Skills Required

• Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting abilities.
• Expertise in creating

  high-performing ads

  for platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads.
• Proficiency in tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Understanding of digital marketing, audience behavior, and content strategy.
• Ability to create short-form and long-form content.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail & brand voice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.
• Experience working with agencies, startups, or D2C brands.
• Portfolio of previous ad campaigns or content work.
