Content Creation Intern

• Create a robust testimonial and case study pipeline: Develop a structured process to gather, write, and manage customer success stories.
• Build diagnostic content: Work with product and sales teams to create content that supports client diagnostics and showcases the impact of our software solutions.
• Maintain the content bank: Organise and manage a central repository of content that marketing teams can access for campaigns and lead generation.
• Content strategy alignment: Ensure all content is strategically aligned with business goals and supports customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure content accurately reflects product capabilities and customer success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage content projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong experience in case studies, customer testimonials, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and organisational tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
