Content Coordinator

As a Content Coordinator at our company, your role is crucial in supporting catalog operations for the quick commerce customer app. Working closely with the Content Lead and assortment team, you will ensure high-quality product content, accurate SKU data, and timely updates to align with promotional strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Upload product images, attributes, descriptions, and other relevant details to the catalog with zero errors. - Maintain accurate SKU-level data including pack size, MRP, and product specifications. - Tag products with correct categories and attributes for proper app categorization and searchability. - Coordinate with the assortment team for new product launches support. - Conduct regular content audits to identify and correct errors. - Execute content updates for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offerings as directed. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** - Achieve zero errors in SKU data uploads and content management for data accuracy. - Complete daily content uploads and updates within 24 hours for quick turnaround time. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Proficiency in basic Excel and data entry tools. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Basic understanding of e-commerce catalog operations and customer-facing content. - Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams. **Experience & Education:** - 13 years experience in catalog management, content operations, or data entry, preferably in e-commerce. - Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline.
