1. Offer Management
Upload, validate, and activate bank and brand-funded offers (EMI and full-swipe) on the website and app.
Coordinate with the payments, marketing, and tech teams to ensure offer configurations are accurate and live as per the campaign schedule.
Monitor daily offer performance and troubleshoot any live issues in collaboration with banks and internal teams.
2. Site Merchandising & Quality Checks
Ensure all offer banners, labels, and messaging are accurately displayed across relevant product pages.
Conduct regular audits to verify live offer visibility and functionality.
Coordinate with the content and design teams for accurate and timely merchandising updates.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
Work with B&M, Marketing and Tech Teams, bank partners, OEMs, and internal business teams for offer planning, approval, and settlements.
Track and share live status updates and post-campaign performance summaries with key stakeholders.
4. Data Tracking & Reporting
Maintain trackers for all active and upcoming offers with clear timelines, ownership, and dependencies.
Support the payments analytics team with data for monthly reconciliations and reporting of offer performance and funding utilisation.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, payments, or partnerships (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data tracking tools.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage timelines.
Familiarity with online payment methods and EMI constructs is a plus.
