Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design creative assets for social media campaigns, ads, brochures, packaging, branding, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Translate briefs into visually engaging concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with content writers, creative directors, video editors, and strategists to develop high-quality designs.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Prepare final designs for print and digital output as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a bonus).

Strong layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling skills.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative, versatile design work.
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback and revise work quickly

  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working under deadlines and managing time efficiently.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the team.
  • Basic motion design or animation skills (optional but a plus).

  • Strong Portfolio
  • Must showcase creative campaigns, branding, social media ads, and digital design work.
  • Agency Experience
  • 1+ years in a creative/digital/advertising agency with multi-brand handling.
  • Mastery in Design Tools
  • Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects/Figma is a plus).

Creative Thinking + Speed

  • Ability to quickly convert ideas into smart, eye-catching designs.

Branding Knowledge

  • experience in logo, brand identity, packaging, and print design.
  • Social Media Expertise
  • Knows what works visually on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Team Coordination
  • Can guide junior designers, collaborate with content/video teams, and manage deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Willing to work under tight timelines, extended hours, and fast-paced schedules when needed
  • Pixel-perfect design sense with strong layout, typography, and color skills.
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to switch between creative styles as per different brand tones.
