Consumer Lending Field Specialist

• Generate personal loan leads through field sourcing, referrals, corporate visits, and local market activities.
• Engage with customers to understand financial needs and pitch suitable consumer lending products.
• Perform initial eligibility assessment based on income, employment, credit profile, and documentation.
• Collect, verify, and submit customer documents for accurate and timely case login.
• Coordinate with processing and credit teams to support smooth approvals and query resolution.
• Track cases until disbursement and provide regular updates to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, referral sources, and local influencers.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets for lead generation, conversion, and disbursement value.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, field sales standards, and regulatory guidelines.
