Job Title: Consumer Insight Analyst Reports To: Director of Customer Experience Location: Hybrid Department: Customer Experience Position Summary We are seeking a data-driven and business-savvy Consumer Insight Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. This role will play a critical part in turning customer feedback and behavioral data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth. The Consumer Insight Analyst will work cross-functionally with our Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Experience teams, leveraging insight platforms like Qualtrics, aggregating feedback across multiple sources, and translating those insights into compelling reports and dashboards in Power BI. This individual will have the opportunity to present directly to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), helping guide the organization toward more customer-focused and revenue-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Aggregate and analyze customer data from various third-party platforms, with a strong emphasis on Qualtrics. Collaborate with the BI team to build, refine, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. Present insights to internal stakeholders including ELT members, sales, product, and marketing teams, highlighting growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Translate complex data into clear, concise storytelling that drives action across departments. Identify trends, themes, and opportunities from customer feedback and behavior to improve the end-to-end customer journey. Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product development, service enhancements, and go-to-market strategies. Maintain data integrity and ensure alignment between survey data, business metrics, and reporting outputs. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in consumer insights, customer experience analytics, or a related field. Strong hands-on experience with Qualtrics and Power BI is required. Proven ability to analyze and synthesize large datasets and translate them into actionable insights. Comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, DAX, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
