Job Overview:

We are seeking a sharp and client-focused Consultative Sales Executive to understand business needs and pitch customized Google Ads campaign solutions. This is a consultative role requiring both strong communication and a clear understanding of how paid advertising supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospects via calls and meetings to understand their marketing goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on Google Ads solutions.
• Prepare tailored proposals and coordinate with the internal team for campaign planning.
• Follow up with leads and drive conversations toward closure.
• Maintain CRM records and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly targets for qualified leads, proposals sent, and deals closed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or consultative sales, preferably in IT or paid ads.
• Strong communication and business understanding.
• Ability to ask the right questions and position Google Ads as a solution.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads or online lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal processes.
