Consultant/Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring for Project Manager/Consultant for NIC Project for Mohali(Punjab) Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and milestones.
• Interact with Stakeholders and demonstrate the development of project and work towards closure of the project.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback, conducting post-project reviews, and implementing lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
• Logically strong to understand stakeholders requirements with documentation skills to articulate the understanding.
