Job Description

As a Lead/Co-lead in the global health economic & outcomes research strategies at a global, cluster/large country, you will participate in major cross-functional teams at the program/brand level including Value & Access Teams, Global Brand Team, and Global Medical Affairs Teams. Your role will involve demonstrating strong leadership in the area of HEOR and showcasing strong clinical, commercial, and access strategic thinking. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects efficiently. - Work with Head-V&A to drive functional excellence in the assigned businesses, leading functional initiatives and business development in the designated areas - Drive initiatives and projects focused on creating scientific and functional excellence across PMA/HE&OR/EM service deliverables to support the business - Provide functional excellence trainings on the latest functional areas in the industry to client groups - Ensure overall functional accuracy and delivery of the service deliverables - Liaise effectively with clients/stakeholders to align and prioritize projects/activities, meeting targets/timelines - Network effectively with other functions in Hyderabad and relevant regions/CPOs working in the same therapy area or brands to enhance quality - Optimize processes, ensure adherence to guidelines/SOPs, and support inspection and audit readiness of all relevant documents for assigned functions - Monitor and track deliverables and KPIs, recommend potential solutions, manage escalations, and ensure efficient communication with clients/stakeholders - Support the maintenance of knowledge management in the functional domain for indication/brand and identify areas for deeper insight - Develop senior associates, build the functional talent pipeline, and contribute to building the V&A culture across the site - Comply with and support the project management tool, standards, and policies while maintaining audit, SOP, and training compliance - Create training materials and conduct trainings for functional skill enhancement initiatives - Graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant discipline (health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management) - Pharmaceutical domain knowledge - Proficiency in MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-PowerPoint) - 10-12 years of experience conducting PA (PMA/HEOR/EM) research/activities for pharmaceutical products in the pharma industry, CRO, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry - Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects - Proven leadership in people management and project management Novartis is committed to fostering an outstanding, inclusive work environment with diverse teams representing the patients and communities served.
