We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant IPD Admissions & Bed Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions and bed management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the admission process for IPD patients, including patient registration and scheduling appointments.


• Coordinate with the bed management team to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource use.


• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.


• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance overall service quality.


• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving concerns professionally.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting.


• Strong knowledge of admissions procedures, policies, and regulations.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.


• Proficient in MS Office and other software applications, with strong analytical and organizational skills.


• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, focusing on patient-centered care.
