Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant in Tech Consulting at EY India, your role will involve serving as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team. You will be responsible for developing workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems - Developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules - Creating and configuring Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs with advanced scripting - Developing and managing operational metrics reporting and dashboards - Ensuring successful and technically sound projects are completed on time and on budget by collaborating with project teams - Supporting the development and analysis of customer requirements and assisting with the development of user stories - Performing application testing - Creating and maintaining system design and operations documentation Qualification Required: - ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA) - Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS for any of the modules) - Certified Application Developer If you meet the above criteria and are interested in joining EY to help build a better working world, please contact us as soon as possible.
