a) Collaborate with the Project Manager and School authorities to develop and execute strategies for implementing remedial classes, ensuring alignment with state education standards.
b) Provide consistent support and supervision to Shikhamitra and teachers for grade 6 to grade 10, guiding them in delivering high-quality remedial instruction.
c) Regularly assess the effectiveness of Balvatika, primary and remedial classes by observing sessions, reviewing student progress, and collecting feedback to recommend improvements.
d) Gather and analyze data on student attendance, engagement, and performance in remedial classes, preparing detailed reports for the Project Manager.
e) Organize, suggest and plan professional development sessions for instructors on effective teaching techniques, curriculum adaptations, and assessment strategies specific to state board exam requirements.
f) Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community members to ensure support for remedial classes and promote student participation.
g) Identify and manage educational resources and materials needed for effective remedial instruction, ensuring teachers have access to necessary tools.
h) Maintain open lines of communication with all educational staff, ensuring clarity on project goals and fostering a cohesive teaching environment.
