We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in taxation, with expertise in GST, Customs, and Indirect Taxation. ### Roles and Responsibility Provide expert advice on legal and compliance issues related to corporate and commercial laws. Draft and vet complex agreements such as vendor contacts, employment agreements, lease deeds, warrant agreements, and assignment agreements. Conduct thorough legal due diligence and handle various sections of a due diligence exercise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Stay updated on the latest developments in law and apply this knowledge to drive business growth. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. ### Job Requirements Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM from a reputed institute. Prior experience in taxation, including GST, Customs, and Indirect Taxation. Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws, labor laws, and statutory approvals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Practical approach to solving complex problems and delivering insightful solutions. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
