Job Description

As a Consultant - Talend Engineer at Genpact, you will be responsible for the extensive implementation and architecting of Talend, including the latest version. Your role will involve developing, enhancing, and migrating Talend solutions, while ensuring a strong understanding of tool functions, limitations, and hidden features. Additionally, you will be expected to have experience in Talend server installation and administration, with a good grasp of relational database structures, theories, and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions - Lead and guide the team in developing Talend solutions for complex requirements - Design end-to-end solution architecture and provide guidance to development teams - Participate in knowledge augmentation initiatives and actively address customer issues - Plan and execute upgrades for Talend software, including patches and release upgrades - Manage Talend projects and metadata in various environments for development and testing purposes - Implement change management processes to migrate Talend code between different environments - Collaborate with data architects to suggest configuration and process changes for the improvement of Talend environment's reliability and scalability - Maintain scripts and documentation related to the Talend product suite - Ensure data recovery and backup procedures are in place Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: - B. Tech, B.E, or MCA Preferred qualifications: - Strong analytical and Excel skills - Good communication skills and proactive approach - Ability to manage and prioritize deliverables - Willingness to learn and apply new processes and tools Overall, your role as a Talend Engineer at Genpact will require a strong problem-solving attitude, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization.,
