Consultant / Sr. Consultant - Research and Consulting

As a Consultant / Sr. Consultant at Axience, you will be a part of a team that works on various research projects for reputable large and medium-sized global corporates, consultancies, and financial services firms. You will have the opportunity to contribute to market entry studies, opportunity assessments, competitive landscape analysis, target/supplier identification, newsletters, company profiles, and more. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding research objectives and designing research strategies - Collecting data from public sources and conducting telephonic interviews - Mapping industry professionals for analytical insights and primary interviews - Presenting data and information in client-ready formats using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Maintaining quality control checklists and producing error-free outputs - Contributing to internal initiatives such as case studies and client mapping To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Management post-graduates from Top/Tier 1 institutes/universities (Engineering background preferred) - Consistent academic excellence, preferably ranking in the top 10 in your class - Demonstrated leadership in sports or extracurricular activities - Strong analytical and research skills - Experience in ad-hoc projects, especially in the KPO industry or similar environments Additionally, you should have the following skills: - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - Proficiency in databases, MS Office, and Excel - Attention to detail and curiosity - Strong project structuring abilities and market research skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with vague instructions - Familiarity with analytical modeling techniques like regression analysis and financial ratio analysis If you meet the above criteria and are looking to join a dynamic research and consulting firm like Axience, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.,
