Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges.
Take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
key role in shaping the technical direction of the team, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Allocate tasks, manage workload, and ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Strong experience with Core Java, JPA, Hibernate, Spring MVC framework, Spring Webflow framework, Spring Security, Bootstrap & Javascript, Theme engine like Thymeleaf and JSTL.
Good working knowledge of Spring Boot and PL/SQL.
Conceptually clear of OOPS (Object Oriented Programming) concepts
Experienced and Strong Understanding of the web development
Experience of RESTful API development and integration.
Clean coding style with clear separating of UI and functionality.
Understanding the requirement & Converting them as prototype, convert them to solutions.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into the teams work.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Very good communication skills preferably English.
Self-Motivated & Decision-Making Abilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of leading and managing development teams.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a positive, productive team culture
