YOUR ROLE IN SEEBURGER:
The need for integration is continuously growing. As a SEEBURGER Application Support / Middleware Administrator (Senior), this role requires self-motivation and technical proficiency in SEEBURGER administration and configuration of servers and clients, including effective troubleshooting abilities. The position is focused on providing BIS administration and support to ensure extraordinary service for the customer, with overall responsibility for performance, availability, and scalability of the infrastructure. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application support for SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite, including classic product support as well as operational and monitoring responsibilities within SEEBURGER Remote Services.

Knowledge of L1 and L2 production support and technical issue resolution for SEEBURGER BIS suite of products.

Ensure successful technical operations of the enterprise Managed File Transfer & EDI platforms.

Knowledge of mapping/converters (any-to-any file format) using BICMD or equivalent tools (TIBCO, Software AG, IBM, Axway, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

Provide technical consulting and advisory services in the field as a SEEBURGER BIS expert.

Installing, configuring, and deploying SEEBURGER BIS solutions and performing maintenance.

Trading Partner Onboarding and communication setup (AS2, FTP, sFTP, HTTPS, OFTP, JMS, Idoc, etc.).

Experience with file formats such as X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML, cXML, fixed length, and industry-specific transactions.

Proficiency in end-to-end testing, practices, and procedures within the integration field.

Front-end configuration, message tracking, Development Studio, BICMD.

Certificate generation, password encryption, multi-tier password policies, PGP encryption, SSH keys setup.

Assist in production issue resolution and root cause analysis.

Experience in maintenance, backup and recovery, multi-node active clustering, and high availability.

Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in distributed global systems.

Review logs for user activity, gather feedback on system efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Knowledge of Trading Partner Management (TPM).

Proficiency with B2B and monitoring solutions.

Experience in solving data quality and connectivity issues.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years integration experience on SEEBURGER Integration Suite or other integration products (TIBCO, Software AG, IBM, Axway, Mulesoft, CA, Apigee, Dell Boomi, Oracle, etc.).

Bachelors degree in Computer/IT (BCS, MCS, BE, B.Tech).
-
Programming knowledge (C, C++, Java, etc.).

Experience with BIS Suite, front-end configuration, BICMD, and mapping tools.

Exposure to Developer Studio for Process Designing and ETS.

Knowledge of communication protocols (FTP, sFTP, OFTP, AS2, HTTPS, Web Services).

Experience with tools like HPSM, JIRA, Remedy, SNOW, Putty, WinSCP, FileZilla.

Proficiency with file formats/standards such as JSON, XML, Idoc, CSV, cXML, fixed length, EDIFACT, X12 (850, 855, 856, 810).

Database proficiency (DB2, Oracle, SQL, Sybase).
-
Proficiency with UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms.

Proficiency with shell scripting and Java scripting.

Strong B2B and monitoring solutions expertise.

Experience with industry-specific business processes and message/file formats is a plus.
