SoC Readiness and Capability-Building Program

Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Mentorship & Technical Coaching

• SoC Architecture, Embedded Systems, Firmware, and Connectivity (Bluetooth, WLAN, Modem, GNSS, etc. )

• system-level problem solving, debugging methodologies, and hardware-software integration

• interface bring-up (I2C, SPI, UART, PCIe, USB, SDIO)

• Qualcomm or similar SoC toolchains

Interview Readiness & Evaluation

• mock technical interviews

• articulating technical concepts, debugging approaches, and communication clarity

• Evaluate associates readiness through structured assessments and identify areas for improvement.

Capstone Projects & Hands-on Learning

• SoC-oriented capstone projects

• log analysis, debugging, and performance tuning

• Ensure that each project delivers measurable skill growth and technical confidence.

Program Coordination & Reporting

• internal training and engineering teams

• periodic progress dashboards, competency matrices, and readiness summaries

• structured learning roadmaps

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Embedded Systems, SoC Development, Wireless/Connectivity

• C/C++/Python

• Qualcomm or equivalent SoC environments

• system bring-up, interface debugging

• high-speed digital design, EMI/EMC compliance, FPGA interfaces, power supply design

• technical learning and readiness programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering

• embedded, semiconductor, or connectivity

• SoC development processes

Expected Deliverables

• competency evaluation reports

• 2-3 SoC-oriented capstone projects

• 2-3 mock interviews per associate
