Consultant – Reproductive Medicine (IVF)

Job Summary:
The Consultant in Reproductive Medicine (IVF) will provide comprehensive fertility evaluation and treatment to patients, including assisted reproductive technologies such as IVF, IUI, and related procedures. The role requires expertise in reproductive endocrinology, patient counseling, and management of complex fertility cases. The consultant will work closely with embryology, nursing, and counseling teams to ensure seamless patient care and successful treatment outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed clinical evaluation of male and female infertility cases and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform and supervise IVF procedures including ovarian stimulation protocols, follicular monitoring, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI/ICSI cycles.
• Interpret diagnostic tests such as hormonal profiles, semen analysis, ultrasound, and hysteroscopy findings.
• Counsel patients on treatment options, risks, success rates, and emotional considerations.
• Collaborate with embryologists and clinical staff to optimize laboratory and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain patient records, ensure compliance with ART guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and continuous medical education.

Qualifications Required:

• MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship/Training in Reproductive Medicine/ART preferred.
• Valid medical registration.

Skills Required:

• Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills in IVF and ART.
• Excellent patient communication, counseling, and empathy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
