Consultant - R&D Advisory

Role Overview: You are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable, and come out on top. As an R&D Consultant at Syneos Health Consulting, you will be part of the R&D Advisory Group, working to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of life science R&D organizations and operations across various areas such as research, clinical, regulatory, quality, and pharmacovigilance. Your role will involve collaborating with senior customer stakeholders, defining opportunities for delivering value, developing engagement strategies, and leading project engagements to drive positive change. Key Responsibilities: - Work with senior customer stakeholders to understand their business goals, processes, operations, and expectations. - Define opportunities to deliver value to customers through management consulting projects. - Develop customer proposals that showcase a clear understanding of needs, objectives, approach, solution, and commercial aspects. - Plan and lead the execution of project engagements, ensuring quality management oversight of deliverables. - Create content for business development opportunities and actively build a network of potential customers. - Present findings and recommendations to team members and engage in social media, seminars, conferences, and referrals for networking. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business. - Consulting management experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or a related industry. - Experience in one or more R&D operational roles in industry or consulting. - Engagement management experience. - Strong presentation and business development skills.
