Support the establishment of the Ratings Center of Excellence (CoE), with a primary focus on Ratings practices. Create a robust knowledge base covering Ratings domain, processes, tools, and market landscape. Identify key industry trends, client expectations, and competitor offerings to enhance market positioning. Define short-term and long-term goals for delivery teams in alignment with business objectives. Develop quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for Initial Kick-off and related services. Internal Alignment and Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal business leaders, delivery teams, and support functions to identify capability gaps. Translate customer expectations into actionable milestones and develop a clear roadmap. Conduct regular leadership check-ins to review progress, share insights, and refine strategic direction. Talent Strategy and Capability Development Support and/or lead strategic hiring and upskilling of team members with Ratings-specific skillsets. Design and implement domain-specific Learning & Development (L&D) programs. Identify high-potential candidates internally or externally and initiate Train the Trainer programs. Foster a culture of domain excellence and continuous learning across the Ratings practice. Service Expansion and Portfolio Development Identify and assess new service opportunities under the Ratings vertical. Collaborate with pre-sales and solutioning teams to build offerings, proposals, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs). Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align with customer expectations for new services. Sales Enablement and Coordination Ensure alignment of Ratings offerings with customer pain points and business requirements. Assist sales teams in positioning Ratings CoE capabilities to potential clients. Participate in client presentations, domain walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations. Ongoing Oversight Continue to effectively manage and support current roles and responsibilities. Ensure smooth integration of CoE activities without disrupting ongoing project deliverables. Qualifications & Experience 1220 years of experience in financial services or IT services, with deep expertise in Ratings ecosystems (preferably with international exposure). Proven track record in supporting or managing a Center of Excellence, domain practice, or strategic business unit. Strong understanding of Ratings operations, data lifecycle, regulatory requirements, and performance metrics. Excellent program management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Experience in talent development, upskilling, and competency frameworks is preferred. Postgraduate degree in Finance (preferred), with a demonstrated background in Ratings ecosystems.
