Position Summary

Level:

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work youll do:

Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 4-6 yrs of hands-on experience in writing scalable code in Python & delivering end to end full stack applications  
• Strong backend development with Django or Flask, or FastAPI. 
• Hands-on experience in Frontend frameworks with React or Angular, or Vue.js. 
• Built AI-powered applications using LangChain and/or LangGraph (e.g. chatbots, copilots, retrieval-augmented apps) and experience in designing/optimizing prompts for LLMs 
• API development experience in RESTful APIs or GraphQL or microservices 
• Experience in database technologies - SQL or NoSQL (Postgre SQL, MongoDB) 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g GitHub/GitLab pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes,Bitbucket) 
• Experience in any one of the cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP 
• Experience in Agile/SAFE Agile project development methodologies with Microsoft office tools 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Flexibility to adapt & apply innovation to varied business domains & industries

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• MLOps experience - MLflow, SageMaker or Vertex AI pipelines 
• Experience in streaming frameworks - Kafka, Redis Streams, or WebSockets for real-time AI apps. 
• Exposure and knowledge on security best practices - OAuth2, JWT, data encryption in AI workflows 
• Experience in Testing frameworks - PyTest, Selenium, Playwright for automation testing 

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
