The Role

We seek a passionate, problem-solving Consultant Psychologist eager to deliver impactful, culturally sensitive therapy. You'll apply evidence-based practices, contribute to innovative program development (including our Avicenna-inspired approach), and potentially represent our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, culturally relevant psychological consultation and CBT-based therapy.
• Engage in creative problem-solving for client challenges and program enhancement.
• Facilitate sessions for specialized programs like Avicenna-Inspired Flow Wisdom.
• Contribute insights to our research in VR, biofeedback, and emerging modalities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Psychology; [Relevant professional license/registration in India, e.g., RCI registration, if applicable].
• Strong experience in CBT and culturally sensitive practice.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Interest in ancient wisdom traditions (Avicenna) and/or digital health technologies (VR, biofeedback) a plus.
