Consultant - Proposal (French-B2)

As a Consultant - Proposal at WSP, you will play a crucial role in developing and crafting content for various marketing deliverables, including proposals, discussion papers, grants, and collateral. Your primary responsibility will be to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner while effectively narrating our story to potential clients. You will be tasked with providing copy editing, proofreading, and final reviews for proposals and marketing materials, ensuring that the content meets specified page limitations. Additionally, your role will involve conducting in-depth research, analyzing statistical reports, and interviewing technical staff to gather necessary information for proposals and presentations. Collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of this role, as you will leverage resources across the organization to support pursuit stages and differentiate WSP in the eyes of clients. You will also contribute to the development of key messages, value propositions, and differentiators to enhance the overall quality of proposals and presentations. In addition to traditional writing approaches, you will be encouraged to explore and implement new technologies and innovative digital tools to enhance the quality and impact of proposals and presentations. Your strategic mindset, critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in various software programs like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in Engineering, journalism, or English. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required, along with a French competency level of B2. Your strong communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and adherence to journalistic writing styles will be critical in delivering compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
