Consultant - Project Controller

You will be responsible for supporting project management and project financial operations by ensuring accurate billing, invoicing, scheduling, and reporting. Your role will involve coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing project schedules, and performing Earned Value (EV) analysis. Key tasks will include monitoring budgets, updating schedules, addressing scope changes, and supporting bids and proposals. Strong technical and analytical skills will be required to enhance project delivery and ensure alignment with client expectations. Your responsibilities will include consistently delivering client expectations, coordinating with billing and finance teams, organizing billing drafts, handling multiple invoice-related coordination tasks, collaborating with the design team for EV analysis, participating in the generation of monthly accruals, recording and monitoring project scope modifications, and supporting the PM team in monitoring and controlling projects. You should possess proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Advanced Excel, and ERP systems. Experience with Primavera P6 and MSP/Smart sheets is required. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, are necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Oracle ERP systems. Excellent planning and organizational abilities, self-motivation, and a meticulous approach to quality assurance are essential. Desirable Skills: - Power BI - MS Visio - Oracle ERP Qualifications: - Engineering degree with project management experience or masters degree in construction management or project management is preferred. - Minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of experience in project management/Project Controls with Engineering/professional services consultants - CAPM-PMI/PMP certifications would be an added advantage.,
