About the Role:

We are hiring a qualified and compassionate MPT Physiotherapist who can join immediately and is comfortable with home visits in case of emergency or patient need.

This role demands a professional who can provide effective physiotherapy interventions both in-clinic and at home, with empathy and a strong commitment to patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
• Deliver in-clinic and home-based physiotherapy sessions based on patient conditions.
• Treat patients with post-surgery recovery needs, stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary conditions.
• Monitor and record patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers about exercises, posture correction, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and share progress updates with the clinical head.
• Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and the operations team for holistic patient care.
• Attend emergency home visits when required.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and patient handling protocols during every session.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) – specialization in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Cardio-Pulmonary preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in clinical or home physiotherapy.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills.
• Sound knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation programs.
• Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel locally for patient visits.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Compensation:

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Additional Allowance: Travel allowance for home visits (as per policy).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
