Consultant Physiotherapist (Female)

Position: Female Physiotherapist

Type: Part-time / Outsourced (Morning Hours)

Timing: Morning Shift (Exact timing to be discussed during interview)

Revenue Sharing: 50% (Equal division between Physiotherapist and Clinic)

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and provide physiotherapy treatment to patients under clinic protocols.

Handle patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related conditions.

Maintain patient records, daily logs, and follow-up documentation.

Educate patients regarding exercises, posture correction, and home programs.

Maintain hygiene, discipline, and professional ethics in the clinic environment.

Collaborate with the clinic’s lead physiotherapist for patient management and progress review.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) / MPT (preferred)

Gender: Female (required)

Experience: Minimum 0–2 years (Freshers with good clinical skills may apply)

Skills: Good communication, manual therapy knowledge, exercise prescription, and patient-handling ability.

Remuneration Structure:

Revenue sharing basis: 50% to the physiotherapist and 50% to the clinic (Including Home visits).

All consumables and utilities will be provided by the clinic.

The therapist is expected to maintain transparency in patient billing and record-keeping.
