Job Title: Gynaecologist (Rural Healthcare) Location: Cachar, Assam, India. Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Gynaecologist to join our healthcare team in a rural setting. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in providing critical maternal and reproductive healthcare services to rural communities. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynaecological and obstetric conditions. Perform antenatal, perinatal, and postnatal care, including deliveries and emergency obstetric care. Conduct family planning counselling and implement contraceptive procedures. Manage high-risk pregnancies and associated complications. Perform minor and major gynaecological surgeries. Conduct community outreach programs for reproductive health education. Qualifications: MBBS and MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (or equivalent). Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council. Prior experience in rural healthcare settings is a plus but not mandatory. Key Skills: Strong clinical and surgical expertise. Empathy, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity to work in resource-limited settings. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
