Position Overview:

Consultant in Neurology

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurological evaluation, diagnosis, and management for outpatient and inpatient cases.
• Manage acute neurological emergencies and collaborate closely with ICU and emergency teams.
• Perform and interpret neurological procedures and tests.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.
• Guide and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical documentation in line with hospital protocols.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement, patient education, and outreach programs.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD/DNB in Medicine or Pediatrics with DM/DrNB in Neurology (NMC recognized).
• Valid medical registration.
• Strong diagnostic skills with sound clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Prior experience as a Consultant or Senior Resident in Neurology is preferred.
