Consultant - Market Access

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving supply chain sales and customer support activities, with a focus on FF, FTWZ, and domestic logistics in the consumer sector. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Export/Import procedures, domestic supply chain services, and supply chain technologies to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong relationship management and communication skills to coordinate with various business units and functions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive supply chain sales and customer support activities, focusing on FF, FTWZ, and domestic logistics in the consumer sector. - Utilize strong understanding of Export/Import procedures and documentation to facilitate smooth operations. - Coordinate domestic supply chain services such as warehousing and multi-modal transportation. - Implement Supply Chain technologies like WMS / TMS to enhance operational efficiency. - Design supply chain contracting solutions and manage client accounts effectively. - Demonstrate basic financial acumen by handling billing, collection, and cost monitoring tasks. - Engage in stakeholder management and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain, International Trade, or Business. - 7-10 years of experience in supply chain sales or customer support, with exposure to FF, FTWZ, and domestic logistics. - Experience in the consumer sector is preferred. - Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. - Excellent relationship management and communication skills. - Ability to coordinate across multiple business units and functions. - Familiarity with supply chain technologies like WMS / TMS is highly preferable.,
